Order was messed up, badly. Bad tasting coffee and they forget the syrups. The served the entire family behind me in line before I got my coffee and when I asked to make sure they hadn't forgotten about my cup, they were quite rude about it.
Honestly, it disappoints and saddens me to leave such a low review… because it was all but ONE person who made my experience so negative.:( Thank you so much to the kind baristas who answer questions without condescending customers who just might not know better! I wish I knew her name, but please reconsider your staff; there’s a heavy imbalance.
I come to this location in the morning when I'm shopping at Target. I don't know who's running this place but everytime that I do get coffee, the place is always dirty. Today I saw the counter with empty plastic container and crumbs all over. On the other side of the counter was ice and crumbs all over as well. There was 3 employees (1 male, 2 females) working and it wasn't even that busy. The workers took our order but just ignored us and didn’t give us our food we waited 20 minutes until we finally asked for our cake pops and the workers were talking about a concert the whole time and playing with the money and just doing stuff on their phones. There was really bad service. I wouldn’t recommend going to this Starbucks.
This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience with the mobile pick up option. The first time, I ordered a Trenta drink and they brought out a tall so I had to bring my kids inside to get the right size. Is it a big deal? No, but it kind of defeats the purpose of a delivery service if you have to go in to fix the mistakes. Then today I ordered a tall Frappuccino and a croissant warmed up.
