The workers took our order but just ignored us and didn’t give us our food we waited 20 minutes until we finally asked for our cake pops and the workers were talking about a concert the whole time and playing with the money and just doing stuff on their phones. There was really bad service. I wouldn’t recommend going to this Starbucks.
This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience with the mobile pick up option. The first time, I ordered a Trenta drink and they brought out a tall so I had to bring my kids inside to get the right size. Is it a big deal? No, but it kind of defeats the purpose of a delivery service if you have to go in to fix the mistakes. Then today I ordered a tall Frappuccino and a croissant warmed up. It had very slow service I had to wait so long to take my order I ordered a matcha and it tasted disgusting it made me feel sick and was very disappointing and unprofessional I don’t recommend it
okay, so… i am not the type to leave poor reviews, but i am so taken aback by the way i was treated today that i feel like i must? i ordered a venti drink and they filled about 2/3 of the cup. when i asked about it, they said they are not allowed to fill the cup the entire way because of corporate (???). like what does that even mean??? if i pay for a venti, i expect my drink to be filled all the way. this is just absurd. if i could give 0 stars i would. i work in food service so i know what it's like to deal with customers ... read more
