This is my favorite Starbucks location in Colorado Springs! The people are always so friendly and they’ve never messed up my order. One of my most memorable experiences was when I got 2 drinks while I was with my dogs and I spilled one of them on the ground when my dogs pulled me. I went back to Starbucks to get another but they remembered I was already there and when I told them what happened, they gave me another drink for free. Highly recommend this location!
Best Starbucks in Colorado Springs in my opinion, everyone's super nice and I think Sage has made my drink multiple times and the way its made always tastes sm better than any other locations I go, would definitely give more stars if I could

WARNING: THIS LOCATION HOSTED CUSTOMERS CARRYING OUT BIGOTED, RACIALLY-DIVISIVE CONVERSATIONS. I will delete this review when I am satisfied that this store has taken real steps to address customers that have conversations that show bigotry and hostility towards specific groups, as happened to me today. While I was here, two men were sharing a conversation between each other regarding their beliefs--and it was impossible to not overhear it.
