This is the fastest Starbucks I’ve ever been to.
It’s only bad service because the poor woman behind the counter needs help! A new updated look inside, but the customer service is still painfully bad. One person behind a Starbucks counter?….I was ready to get out of line, but the couple in front of me bailed after a long wait….Come on management! Get with it..
Went in this morning to do some quick shopping, get coffee and a bite to eat. A couple was in front of me in line and ordered. The staff member who was working (0700 morning of 5/23) took their order. After taking their order she asked me to wait while she made their order before taking mine. There’s no reason why anyone should have to wait to place an order, especially when theirs only one other order ahead of you. It’s simple multi tasking.
