Starbucks got my app orders together for pick up and it was accurate.
I am going to provide as much detail about my order so that upper management can get this addressed. At around 9:47 AM on 12/28/2025, I ordered a Gingerbread Chai and a Iced Caramel Macchiato. Sadly, the macchiato lacked the caramel for my drink and the Chai was horrible. Now, the reason why I bring this up is because it seems to be an on and off thing at this store.
