This location always takes FOREVER! I had 8 cars ahead of me and it took 27 minutes to get an iced tea. I’ve given this location a lot of chances, now I’m over it! My last mobile experience here said 18-24 minutes and it’s not even “red cup” day! Going to a different location next time. As a matter of fact, I should be going to the “Mom and Pop” locations anyways!
I typically always have an amazing experience at Starbucks, but this was the worst one ever. The main reason was due to the manager at this location. Anytime I would add modifications to my drink she seemed to be annoyed and unnecessarily rude. When I asked about clarifications for items on the menu, she was extremely short with me and abrasive. I felt super disrespected the entire time and hope she doesn’t help any customers from now on due to this behavior. Extremely disappointed and won’t be coming back.
