Today I ordered 2 mobile order drinks, one of which got stolen (a barista told me). Because my pick up order was stolen I asked for them to remake it, to which they gave me an inconclusive answer as to whether they would or not, and treated me like an inconvenience. I was made to wait while they made 6 more drinks and 15-20 minutes for my pick up order because they ignored me and wouldn’t remake my drink. I arrived at 6am, waited 8 minutes to be told they open at 6:15, when online it said 6 am online.
