Terrible experience. Had me waiting for 40 minutes and the girl at the counter didn’t even bother to check when i approached twice and then third time they actually looked it up and told me someone took my order which was obviously a lie too

Two frappucino, one latte, and one plain coffee should not take 25 minutes to fulfill
I ordered my drinks with light ice, and they didn't do it. I told the barista named JT, and he simply didn't care.
