Most customers use the chairs next to them to put their luggage and prevent others from sitting next to them, which sometimes forces me to sit in the heat outside. Warning signs must be placed
Ordered an iced chai latte with less ice and horchata cold foam with cinnamon. They did not disappoint and actually listened to my customization requests unlike the many starbucks I’ve been to. It was actually one of the best chai lattes I’ve had in a while and was very please with this place. They also wrote a nice note on the drink as well!
Terrible service! Went in at 12:50 and the place was almost empty. 3 people busily restocking and one barista. Stood there for 5 minutes and nobody looked at me, said "be right with you" or anything. So, I left.
