Too slow in the AM’s
My drink had hair in it and they missed some things that are supposed to be on my drink. Also lots of flys in the starbucks I've been to many and never see flys. Very disappointing. Also there was an employee touching the trash and removing the bags and then started to work on drinks.. She did not wash her hands because I went to get a straw while she was working on the trash then when I noticed something wrong with my drink and I went to ask to fix it she was already working on people's drinks. That's highly unsanitary.
They are amazingly quick and quality is always good too. Awesome when you’re in a hurry
I started coming this location when they closed the one at City Centre, which I'm sure a lot of people had to do. Honestly I can say as a long time customer for starbucks, I find myself more disappointed then satisfied. The only person who I find to be consistent at this location is the manager. He very present and attentive to guests, and even remembers regulars. I wish the rest of the employees could follow his attitude. He's the reason I gave this location 3s across the board.
