I’m writing to share my recent experience at your store on September 12th around 3:26 PM, which was unfortunately very negative. From the start, the interaction felt off. At the drive-thru, the employee taking my order was not customer-friendly. When I arrived at the window, I greeted her with “Hi, how are you?” twice. Just drive through coffee
It took 10 minutes to get a frappuccino at 150pm. There was no one there. Only the workers laughing and joking inside.
Unfortunately visting a city that doesn't have many local coffee spots, so I patronized this particular Starbucks location. My drink was made incorrectly, then it was "remade", and was still incorrect. I really can't comprehend why people do not pay attention. It's very simple to make a latte and follow directions. I had to ask for my money back, because I did not have the patience for incompetence today. Left this location and went to another location and my drink was made good, but after 3 times.
