Well the coffee was bitter but that's what you expect and they could not heat my bagel so they was very sad
Management and Staff are uneducated on what the laws are for video taping from a public sidewalk, and your staff member Lex or Lexi came outside and aggressively charged the law abiding citizen stand on public sidewalk steadily trying to put hands on him encourage customers that were aggressively verbally harassing. Then call the police on the man while all the time your customers were steadily being aggressive.
