I visited the Starbucks on East 10th St. in Sioux Falls, and it wasn't even busy. The staff completely ignored me; I waited for three to four minutes without a single word from anyone. I eventually just left without my coffee.
I don't know about you, but I definitely don't appreciate getting weird looks from the employees the second I walk in.
If I could give a ZERO for the service I would have loved to. The girl that helped me is a African American girl. While ordering through the drive through she started laughing like someone was tickling her. While servicing through the drive through could barely speak to me cause to busy laughing hard. She left the windows mid open after charging me and waiting for the drinks and I could hear her laughing on how I said caramel. The audacity a person of color to make fun of someone else's accent.
