Absolutely awful experience with going through the drive-through this morning. When you have a employee screaming at the top of her lungs how bad the customer ahead of her was to more than likely a friend in the drive-through Very, very, very unprofessional. She was overly pushy and rude. I get it people have bad days but very unprofessional.
This Starbucks specifically makes my drinks perfect every time and I always have the sweetest customer service representatives. Today they took care of the difference after paying with a gift card, even when I insisted on paying the rest. The whole team is so thoughtful and considerate every time. Best location in Billings by far!
