Service slow especially Kay and getting gossiped about is the natural course of all Starbucks locations
I normally dont go here. The staff wasnt even a little friendly. My order was incorrect and customer service was extremely lacking. I wouldnt recommend this location. I will avoid Starbucks and go to a local cofee shop for tea based on my bad experience here.
I went through the drive thru and the guy taking the order was super rude and pushy. Then the gal at the window practically threw the coffee at me spilling the hot coffee all over my hand and sweatshirt! Was not even apologized too. This was absolutely the worst I have ever been treated at a fast food place!
