Update since response. NO ONE WANTS TO TELL THEM TO REMAKE OUR DRINKS THE RIGHT WAY. Nor should we have to. Not to mention most of us are on our way to work. It’s a shitty start to a long work day. Is there not shift managers/supervisors making sure employees are doing things properly? Friendly workers but my drink is never made properly. I get the double berry matcha and it’s never made properly and looks like a tall cup of iced puke.
Starbucks why would you change your Chai???!!!!! It was perfection the way it was!! This is so incredibly upsetting to me.. please change it back, I beg of you !
