I come here whenever I'm in the area, and whenever the lady's ask for my name for my order they AWAYS say my name wrong, "Kyle" instead of "Kylie". I tell them my name clearly and sometimes they even spell it right. But every time I get my name yelled at me as "Kyle" and it's honestly embarrassing. Sometimes I think they do it on purpose. I stopped coming here as often and don't have this problem at other locations.

I had made a mobile order for a tumbler and a drink at this location. When I arrived I was told the tumbler was not at the location and I have to contact Starbucks to get a refund. The barista, cherish, was very helpful and tried her best to help while having a long line and being the only barista there. She let me know that everyone else has gone for the day and her lead was still being trained. She called her old lead and tried to get answers. Overall good experience given the circumstance.
