I was not served due to a partner who is diabetic and 72 years old being a little loud but under control until he (the cashier) decided he wasn’t going to serve me due to his perception that he would be punishing her . I said nothing the whole time and was denied service. I could cite the AMD act to prevent such treatment for a senior of 74 years old. I wanted to give it 3 stars....since my bf said his frappuccino tasted like milkshake ( but it was better than the starbucks at target). We used up my bf's giftcard. I gave it 4 stars because my latte (hot) was nice tasting. It had expresso taste and mix with milk...delicate but perfectly steamed milk. I added 2 sugar packets. I should have only added one sugar packet because the expresso taste was so good you dont need too much sugar. Nice location, big open space, comfortable seating. Delicious drink and apple croissant. Staff is friendly and quick.
