The service was disappointing. The fact that Starbucks stopped giving out water cups is ridicolous. Water should be free because it’s needed for survival. When I asked them to throw away a cup that way empty, they declined. For the fact that I pay so much money for Starbucks, I would expect these basic things to be possible for the happiness of customers.
3/19/2026 Always nice friendly and quick, located inside a Harris teeter! Vanessa goes above and beyond to help her other co workers and customers Atmosphere was calm and clean, service was good no customer service she didn’t talk or ask how are you good morning , drink was great!
Small Starbucks inside a Harris-Teeter grocery store, but still a typical Starbucks with high prices and slow service. No drive thru even though it's listed.
