One of the staff members was so thoughtful by writing Happy Birthday and doodled a flower on my cup, which I noticed later on. I didn't tell them it was my birthday, they just heard from my conversation that I was having with my friend. Made my day, thank you so much!
Bad customer service, they can’t even say hi. I stand there and they keep talking no acknowledgement at all. I had to say hi can I have latte. This is older caucasian lady and Hispanic young lady. Listen, if you guys are ever at starbucks in sterling; look for Dulce. She makes the best drinks ever with her magical touch. I don't know what I ordered but I told her to suprise me and this drink tasted like strawberry short cake ice cream. Highly recommend. I think it's a matcha drink and the cold foam is strawberry. MY FAVORITE BARISTA 🩷
