4/23/21 8:25 am One person was ahead of me in line. The employee working was slow and disorganized. In 5 minutes of serving one person, she did not even start making her drink and continued chit-chatting. Good customer service is not just about a nice attitude. The effectiveness of the service provided is critical. You can have an endless chat, but please provide the service in a timely manner and with respect to other customers. Walked away not getting anything. Will never come back to this location.
I wanted to share some quick feedback about the {Harris teeter Sterling } Starbucks. I noticed there was a lot of visible dust on the counter where customers usually sit with their laptops. It just stood out because that area is usually clean, and many people spend time there working or studying. Hope it can be looked into. Thank you!
One of the staff members was so thoughtful by writing Happy Birthday and doodled a flower on my cup, which I noticed later on. I didn't tell them it was my birthday, they just heard from my conversation that I was having with my friend. Made my day, thank you so much!
Bad customer service, they can’t even say hi. I stand there and they keep talking no acknowledgement at all. I had to say hi can I have latte. This is older caucasian lady and Hispanic young lady. Then the young lady walked away from the store.
