First the staff seemed to be working as best as possible. BUT it’s too small for the airport and wait times are around 30 minutes. My order was wrong. The sandwich came in about 20 and the coffee never arrived before I had to leave.
I was flying (on my day off, I work at Starbucks). And the barista working at the kiosk by gate 47 in San Diego international airport was so rude and not paying any attention to the customers. I understand not being happy with your job but to take it out on customers who are simply asking for a syrup you don’t have is very disrespectful. This is the worst starbucks I have been to.
Slow service, not anticipated and overall demeanor of employees is bad.
