I asked for banana bread to be not heated when I ordered. I got my drink and had to tell them that I am still waiting for the banana bread. Finally got it and it’s heated. Overall this is the most disorganized Starbucks I’ve been to globally, the customer in front of me complaining about getting the wrong drink. I’ve never wait so long in a line with just a few customers in front of me. This Starbucks is record breaking.
Ordered mobile and still took 20 minutes. Rude
The place is really dirty There was a long line and still took them forever to assist us Not even thanking for our business
They’re totally overwhelmed and have lost multiple orders when I visited San Diego. The receiving area is unmonitored. Plan for backup coffee if you are using this location
