I visited this Starbucks to order a breakfast wrap and was served by a male barista. After handing me my breakfast wrap, he unexpectedly called me a homophobic slur. I found this behaviour extremely unprofessional and offensive. While the food and beverages were enjoyable, the service was terrible. In addition to the inappropriate remark, I also had difficulty communicating with a female staff member, as she struggled to understand me despite English being my primary language. Convenient place to grab a quick coffee and bite before your flight. They are very busy and you will be waiting for a bit (what do you expect at the airport). However, the people are super nice despite being understaffed and overworked. Location needs to be bigger with more staff, but, that's not the fault of the workers.
