Latte was all white, zero coffee, there were so many people in line and waiting for their drinks I couldn’t get an employees attention to fix my drink. Asked for a couple of pastries displayed and they didn’t have either. Wanted to use QR code to use my starbucks gift card in the app and employee said QR wasn’t working… just bad all around
Rude. Rude. Rude. They don’t take your order correctly because they are rushing. When you ask to correct the order, they look at you with a blank stare. They Repeat what is missing and then Do nothing to correct it. 2 orders ahead of me left without their order because they were going to miss their flight. The first time I've ever received POOR service in my 15 plus years SPENDING my money with Starbucks. I travel almost 200 days out of the year and Starbuck was my go to while in the airport. I ordered a lemon loaf and requested it be nuked for a sec to get the chill off as I've done so many times before. The manager of this location in terminal 2 near gate 37 was nice at first until I asked for the cake to be nuked.
