I visit a Starbucks at least once per day. The East Aurora Starbucks in Tops is close to home, so it’s convenient. I generally have decent experiences at the EA Starbucks, however, today was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Starbucks. I realize that the EA Starbucks is a small shop and I had a few drinks in my order, so I give the benefit of the doubt. This time though, I waited an hour for my order.
