After drinking my shaken espresso, this is how much Ice is still left in the cup. It’s well above the top line. When you spend $7 on a drink, this is ridiculous and I know they are not supposed to put this much ice in the drinks.
Despite description, there is no drive thru.
It is extremely unethical to charge $1.00, upcharging according to the staff, for me to ask for no ice in my refresher. That is riduculous. I have been to other Starbucks and they have never charged this. I am a loyal customer, was, and I will never return.
I am very disappointed with their service. I think they need to be trained more before they work there as professional worker.
