Despite description, there is no drive thru.
It is extremely unethical to charge $1.00, upcharging according to the staff, for me to ask for no ice in my refresher. That is riduculous. I have been to other Starbucks and they have never charged this. I am a loyal customer, was, and I will never return.
I am very disappointed with their service. I think they need to be trained more before they work there as professional worker.
Horrible service and always understaffed.. can't even acknowledge people in line. And Slowww the slowest I've ever seen people move ... How do you hire only 1 person and there slow as a snail... And they don't care at all seems annoyed.... Forget Starbucks go to Petes across the way .... Dumb.......
