The staff treats me like a welcome customer and I love the atmosphere. Also, you can tell they take pride in their store by how clean it’s kept.
So dirty. Counter edges facing customers *filthy* (dust, trash, splatters, spills). Floors dirty. Tables sticky. Staff doesn't listen, confirm, or repeat order back, resulting in misunderstandings, conflict and waste. Too reliant on drive through to serve in-person customers well.
I am a regular customer at this location because I work nearby, and while I usually overlook the consistently unprofessional behavior of one particular employee, what I witnessed today was completely unacceptable and dangerous. While waiting inside for my mobile order, I watched this employee hand a drive-thru customer a drink with a poorly secured lid.
