I have been coming here since they opened probably around 15 years ago. I literally studied for nursing and now my masters degree right in that corner table always comfortable and chill.
Ordered drinks and food. Was rudely treated by staff and the store manager at this location for the evening. The store manager herself condoned the behavior of staff and with an order error brought to their attention which was clearly stated upon the order. Staff had even tossed drink down sink instead of just making drink as listed to staff upon ordering. I come nearly everyday because it is close to my job, and I just want to say the service here is so rude. When you go up to order they seem annoyed that you didn’t order online or aren’t in the drive thru. I’ve waited 10+ minutes for a refresher when I was there before anyone was in the drive thru. On multiple occasions when I have ordered online, it will say that is it ready and I get there and they’ll just then put it in.
