This Statbucks is not honoring their refill policy. In order get one you must stay in the vicinity according to the girl Barista. She did not mention the circumference or how big this vicinity is and just avoided wanting to refill my drink. So if I got my drink, went to eat at the food court and went back, I can't get a refill? Still going strong...
I know some ppl gonna hate, and other support but I didn't tip my coffee. Sorry I think startbucks employees are better paid than myself and others and I just don't feel like tipping on an already overprice mini $6 coffee but I think that is not a reason to pour 80% ice on the customer cup bc I end up paying $7 for a small cup of ice which I consider a scam. I would promote a law that should be illegal any establishment sell any kind of drink with more than 30% ice. Starbucks is just another place that join this practice but... read more
