Friendly service. My pumpkin spiced latte was delicious. A couple tables to enjoy your coffee here. Nice place to enjoy a cup of coffee before meeting our friends for lunch.
Starbucks at Pearlridge Center is in a prime location, so it’s no surprise it gets busy. The staff are friendly and the drinks are consistent with what you’d expect from Starbucks, but the wait time can be a bit much—even when the line isn’t too long. I get that it’s a high-traffic area, but it still feels slower than it should be. If you’re not in a rush, it’s a decent stop for your caffeine fix. Just don’t count on a quick grab-and-go.
This Statbucks is not honoring their refill policy. In order get one you must stay in the vicinity according to the girl Barista. She did not mention the circumference or how big this vicinity is and just avoided wanting to refill my drink. So if I got my drink, went to eat at the food court and went back, I can't get a refill? First time this happened cause other malls, Kahala and Windward would be ok with this and it's cool cause Id tip better. Oh well, sucks for the 2 girl workers working the 6pm shift on this day 6/26.
