Brian was the person who helped me and to be honest seeing something like this one my Starbuck cup absolutely make my day the drink was on point and delicious so I couldn't compliment more. Love the service and the staff recently, they have been changing a lot and always greeted customer happily. Way to go!!

Starbucks here is nice but used to be better. Seems like recently they don’t care about using explicit language in front of customers of any age. Kinda lowers my experience here in Starbucks and at South Coast Plaza. They don’t refill reusable Starbucks branded cups with water which is very strange and insist to buy water bottles.

Starbucks location inside Macy's, in between the men's and women's departments. Seems like they have a restroom as well. Service was slow, and not attentive or helpful.

This is hands down the weirdest Starbucks I’ve ever been to; it’s in the middle of a clothing store and like, why would anyone want to buy a sweater that stinks of coffee beans? Ok there was like literally no one in line but they clearly seem so understaffed because it still took SO long for anyone to acknowledge our existence. We got some snack packs and got tf out as fast as we could.
