Thank you Starbucks I’ve been coming to this location for about 3 weeks now as I’m new to the area in the work field. Alexis, Vanessa, and some other lady with glasses are super kind every morning. This morning it was a gentlemen, very sweet! He has this happy go lucky personality and it fits perfectly for Starbucks! Is he the manager? The iced coconut ube macchiato is my absolute favorite! Very dissatisfied. I went in to order a drink with my friend and the lady was making the drink wrong so my friend politely corrected her. One of the workers named ANGEL had then looked at my friend and glared at her and in front of us stared talking about us. It was very rude and unprofessional. I made sure to get his name and he came up and asked if I needed anything I said no, just getting your name. And the workers asked why I needed it and I said because he likes to talk about his customers in front of them and laughs ab... read more
