I’ve been a regular at this Starbucks for months because it’s conveniently located near my job, but repeated negative interactions with one employee have finally pushed me to leave this review. Every time I’ve interacted with Jasmine, she has been consistently rude and dismissive toward me. Today, on Thanksgiving Day, I had an extremely unpleasant experience at Starbucks, which I visit as a regular customer. Although the coffee here is not always perfect, I continued to come for two reasons: its convenient location near my home and the fact that the store positions itself as pet-friendly. Very unhappy. They had just finished closing the doors when I arrived. There were still at least five or six people sitting at the outdoor tables drinking coffee. There was still one person inside using their laptop and drinking coffee. My son (4 years old) needed to use the restroom really badly as I told the worker through the window, but she absolutely would not let me in to use the restroom.
