Very unhappy. They had just finished closing the doors when I arrived. There were still at least five or six people sitting at the outdoor tables drinking coffee. There was still one person inside using their laptop and drinking coffee. My son (4 years old) needed to use the restroom really badly as I told the worker through the window, but she absolutely would not let me in to use the restroom. Bought the iced pumpkin latte. Can't taste the spice nor the pumpkin. Not worth the purchase.
I ordered soy latte this morning which was so watered down. I grabbed it （on time）and rushed to work, but it really ruined my whole day. Manager, please train your staff properly. And please, stop writing on the cups—use that time to make better coffee instead.
It's Starbucks, LOVE THEM!!!!
