Just tried to make a mobile order from the tables out front, thinking I could save a little time not standing in line. I walked in 2 min after estimated time, then 5, then 12 min past eta. All this time my coffee was still sitting in the machine and no one care to pick it up and take it to the counter for pickup there seemed to be two extra employees standing around talking but nobody was working. I had to walk up and say can I have my coffee right there that says Dan???? Last time I do a mobile order to save time!!!
I had a disappointing experience at the Starbucks in South Coast Plaza today. I placed my order for one drink, and unfortunately, four customers who ordered after me received their drinks first. This delay was frustrating, and it felt as though my order was overlooked. Even though the staff seemed competent, the lack of attention made the experience feel personal.
