I order the same stuff every time yet for some reason today I placed the same order but it still wasn’t ready when I arrived 20 minutes later. I was waiting for my drink along with a ton of other people and even saw a barista named Kayla roll her eyes when her coworker was asking for my order. Handed me my drink after like 8 min of waiting and she didn’t bother to say anything like “enjoy” or “have a nice day”. Must be some incompetent new hire.
I ordered Coffee lata, it's just foamy Milk. No Coffee flavour just ripping off. With a poor customer service.
They gave me my order in the wrong size and I had to ask for my two cheese denishes twice because they wouldn't give them to me while they were having a get-together with friends... horrible
Just tried to make a mobile order from the tables out front, thinking I could save a little time not standing in line. I walked in 2 min after estimated time, then 5, then 12 min past eta. All this time my coffee was still sitting in the machine and no one care to pick it up and take it to the counter for pickup there seemed to be two extra employees standing around talking but nobody was working. I had to walk up and say can I have my coffee right there that says Dan???? Last time I do a mobile order to save time!!!
