I enjoy Starbucks every day and 95% of the time I have a good experience. This was not the case today. This morning at 10:20 I visited the Starbucks inside of the Crystal Court mall at South Coast Plaza. I was the only one in the store, and I ordered a tall Pike. I don't order fancy drinks, just brewed coffee. Today, their brewer machine was broken. Horrible company, horrible customer service. Coffee shop was completely empty as they refused to serve cup of water! Well, person who refused to give other person cup of water is deeply socially disturbed as the owners of the company.
