Great Starbucks for a non stand alone
Waited 20 minutes just to have my order taken then afterwards the lady making the drinks filled the bottom quarter of mine with whipped cream before putting my Frappuccino in the cup causing the whole first quarter of my drink to be nothing but whipped cream turning my venti into a grande basically. Not happy at all worst Frappuccino I’ve had by far at Starbucks.
I’ve had multiple frustrating experiences with this Starbucks location, but my latest encounter was the final straw. Every time I order through the app, the estimated wait time is inaccurate, and I always end up waiting an additional 10+ minutes. The last time this happened, I was running late for work, so I asked the staff to cancel my order.
