Great mocha
I inadvertently placed a complicated order but Chloe was extremely pleasant and helpful and went above and beyond to attend to the details, even though she was busy (it was a Saturday morning)! She was wonderful - please reward her! and I’ve always experienced similarly good interactions here with friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere.
Bad customer service 😭 I asked for help with an incorrect mobile order and the girl flat out told me ‘NO!’ What happened to customer service, kindness, grace and compassion??
