I really wish they’d close the other Starbucks and not this one. The other one is horrendous with horrible service and has served me sharp plastic in my drink and the manager is actually mean and rude but this one has never done me wrong… I guess I just won’t go to Starbucks at all anymore after this one is gone ngl.
Sad to see this location closing. Ventus was my favorite barista. Always so friendly and such good service. Really made you want to visit this location over others just for his service.

I ordered a venti drink with no ice, but when I received it, the cup was noticeably missing a good portion of the drink. This confused me because the app gives you the option to choose ice or no ice. Out of curiosity, I checked online and realized this isn’t a standard policy it seems some employees purposely serve less when you request no ice, simply because they don’t like it. However, if I’m paying for a venti, the cup should be filled completely, regardless of whether I ask for ice or not.
