Pésimo
I've been buying my coffee two or three times a week, plus my breakfast sandwiches, for almost two years. And yesterday, I just stopped to ask for a glass of ice, and they refused me because I had to buy some coffee or other products. It filled me with rage and anger.

It's Starbucks. I don't know if it's possible to have a negative experience at _any_ Starbucks. Staff if pleasant, welcomes you when you walk in, knowledgeable about their products. They're happy to customize your order to exactly as you want it and barring being utterly slammed (which can happen from time to time) they are quick and efficient. I may or may not bleed Starbucks green, but I'm not biased. 😉
