I frequent different Starbucks around the counties. I've been to many but very few operate this way. I had every intention of coming inside and getting something to eat or something to drink while I used the restroom. But why I'm fuming right now is because is this is the second location that insists that I buy something to use the bathroom. To the owner. Stop this policy right now. You're losing customers. Nice Starbucks
I ordered off the secret menu today, paid extra for toppings, and didn’t get what I asked for 🥲. No cookie crumbles, and no vanilla cold foam, just plain cold foam. The lady taking the order sounded annoyed, and once we got to the window and grabbed the drink I didn’t realize it was completely wrong until after I drove away, $7 down the drain.
