This store in particular cannot get orders right! The drive-thru is convenient and the screen shows the right info, but the baristas don't follow it. Then, when I ask for the error to be corrected, they act like I messed up and then still get it wrong. I shouldn't feel shamed for their error. I would rather wait the extra time for the right drink, than wait even more time for the bad feeling and still wrong drink.
