I ordered off the secret menu today, paid extra for toppings, and didn’t get what I asked for 🥲. No cookie crumbles, and no vanilla cold foam, just plain cold foam. The lady taking the order sounded annoyed, and once we got to the window and grabbed the drink I didn’t realize it was completely wrong until after I drove away, $7 down the drain.
Wrost place in Costa mesa area. Drinks are poor quality, and staff is rude. Third class. 0.1 🌟
"New Policy as of a month ago" of not serving customers Water. Customer for multiple decades - way to alienate your loyal customer base because of a cost cutting measure. 👏
