You need to get rid of online orders. I think it’s disrespectful to the people that standing in the lobby that drove their spending gas in their morning to show up in person to get a coffee and then you put them on hold while you take orders online just to leave them sit on the counter. This is very disrespectful. There had been a few times while I’ve stood there for 15-20 minutes waiting for my coffee because they’re doing online orders for people who are not even there that’s so disrespectful.
