Everytime we come here the drive thru takes exceptionally long. Today I made a mobile order waited for it to be ready to head over. There was two cars waiting in front at the window. We sat in this two car line for 15 minutes. 2 cars. My drinks ice was melted at that point
Ordered online and worker was extremely rude. Said that we weren’t allowed to place online orders in the future, and told me rudely to slow down when speaking.
The barista today 10/29/25 forgot to put the espresso in my latte…. That’s the main ingredient. So I basically paid for sugared milk. Seriously?
Don't order here if it's 20 minutes before closing. Workers will put no effort into mixing your drink or put any ice, I've had this issue happen to me several times even before they close... but what type of service can you expect from teenagers? kids will be kids.
Ordered ahead and stopped in to pick up my order of 3 items a bakery item, crappy, and iced latte. The bakery item was ready, shortly after so was the frappe. I then continued to wait, 20 MINS for my iced latte. Meanwhile the frap was melting. I had to ask where and when the latte would be done. I was in a hurry thus why I had ordered ahead of time.
