Just in there, my matcha is so watered down. Tried calling a few times, but it’s impossible to get through to them. This is the only time I’ve had a bad beverage from Starbucks but I’m a little disappointed. Now I know to try things before I leave the parking lot.
I quite literally hate coming to the Starbucks in the late afternoon because the three same young girls are always working and Always rude and condescending
Recently stopped going to the Starbucks across the street as the night service has been incredibly terrible with horrid workers and started going to the super target Starbucks every night after work. Already the one girl I usually see working every night is always incredibly kind and happy! Mobile app drink order 10 min beforehand. Waited another 15 in the lobby @ 2:00pm. Completely disorganized; store was filthy. Took another 5 minutes waiting for refund. Never again.
Everytime we come here the drive thru takes exceptionally long. Today I made a mobile order waited for it to be ready to head over. There was two cars waiting in front at the window. We sat in this two car line for 15 minutes. 2 cars. My drinks ice was melted at that point
