Mobile app drink order 10 min beforehand. Waited another 15 in the lobby @ 2:00pm. Completely disorganized; store was filthy. Took another 5 minutes waiting for refund. Never again.
Everytime we come here the drive thru takes exceptionally long. Today I made a mobile order waited for it to be ready to head over. There was two cars waiting in front at the window. We sat in this two car line for 15 minutes. 2 cars. My drinks ice was melted at that point
Ordered online and worker was extremely rude. Said that we weren’t allowed to place online orders in the future, and told me rudely to slow down when speaking.
The barista today 10/29/25 forgot to put the espresso in my latte…. That’s the main ingredient. So I basically paid for sugared milk. Seriously?
Don't order here if it's 20 minutes before closing. Workers will put no effort into mixing your drink or put any ice, I've had this issue happen to me several times even before they close... but what type of service can you expect from teenagers? kids will be kids.
