What can I say - it’s a Starbys. It’s hit or miss. Service is always great. Sometimes my ICM is upside down as I requested, sometimes not. They also need a better ratio for their coconut milk to ‘juice’ in their pink drinks. I just order it with extra coconut milk from this one. And their mochas are always great.
