I have come to this Starbucks several times and both times waited over 10 minutes. There were two people making drinks for god’s sake one of them should have been ringing people up or taking orders. Slow as hell! Between 6am and 8am you don’t have time to be slow people want their Starbucks before work and they want to get there ON TIME! Just don’t come here. This used to be my favorite Starbucks in the area. Everything flowed so easily, and customer service was phenomenal. As of the past few months, it's slowly declined, and this morning was the last straw for me. I ordered my usual almost 7.00 drink. When received, I explained the drink doesn't look like my normal drink and I've never been handed one looking like that. Instead of offering to make it over or correct it, he tells me to taste it.
