“I’m a regular Starbucks customer and usually visit your stores multiple times a day. In other locations, the staff always greets me warmly and even knows me by name, which I really appreciate. Awesome service! I did an add on item after I pulled around at the drive-thru, i did not realize they had an item. The man never acted upset and was very understanding.
