The staff is always very friendly!
Extremely slow customer service and rude.
This place customer service is garbage. I entered the store and was the only customer in line. There were 5 employees working behind the counter. After about 2 minutes of me standing there feeling invisible, one employee asked was I helped, I told her no. She said, I'm not on this register, i'm sorry, but someone will help you. Amazing customer service . Kaira served us and she is friendly...helpful and offered samples for a new coffee which we will now order on our next SB stop.
