This Starbucks is the best start to my morning. Alexa is incredible and is very personable, friendly, and knows multiple people by their first names and their order. Great atmosphere and staff.
Worst Starbucks IVE ever been to. Came in during a Saturday in hopes to enjoy my usual shopping and coffee. However, to my surprise, there was a long line, and none of our drinks were being served. Getting impatient for my drink I was thinking about talking to the worker until I noticed the poor lady seemed to be super stressed and about to cry or was crying. disgusting customer service. If you decide to do training do it off time not on time of busy shopping. You can't represent my company where i hold 35% stocks.
