Ordered two latte for takeout, was planning to enjoy the coffee while sitting along the beach. We’ve waited for a while, but when we took a sip, the ratio is not right. We opened it and saw the two different sizes latte with similar amounts of coffee and foam. It’s clearly not right. Not sure what’s going on, for Starbucks, latte is probably the most regular order.
Great service, great location
The service at this Starbucks location is horrible! Employees are in the back socializing instead of helping customers. Also, once they finally begin your order- it takes about 8 minutes to complete. This place needs to do better!
I went in and asked to BUY a cup of hot water, they said to wait, while both of the Ladies working talk to each other on the headset. to which the girl proceeded to say, “no, we cannot give you free water because you are not buying anything” I reinstated that I wanted to buy the cup of hot water, they went again mumbling on the headset in Spanish, So i said “Its okay, no worries” (in Spanish) it’s frustrating this ladies acted like this is just a cup of hot water, plus I wanted to pay for it.
