What kind of Starbucks does not have WiFi? The servers kindly suggested that I log into the adjacent hotel's WiFi, but getting access required signing up for their 'Loyalty Program.' The last thing I need is more SPAM. The servers here were great, the coffee was fine, but I come to Starbucks to get a little work done in a quiet setting and here I was stuck sipping my overpriced coffee with nothing to do. Next time I'm going to Dunks.

A Starbucks without Internet? What is going on here? Oh, they say I could use the nearby Hotel's Internet, but that requires being a member of their 'Loyalty Program.' No thanks. Staff were nice. Service was fine, but next time I'll bring my money to a different location.

I love Starbucks but it’s disappointing that this location frequently gets my order wrong. The baristas are generally kind and willing to remake drinks, but attention to detail seems to be an ongoing issue. My mods are usually simple, like requesting a different milk, and more often than not, the standard milk is used instead. Because this has happened repeatedly, I eventually reported the store. I hope it leads to better consistency and accountability moving forward.
