I am a frequent customer at this location, but unfortunately, the customer service has been consistently disappointing. Today, I approached the counter while two employees were chatting. When I politely asked if they were working, the manager simply turned her back on me to continue her conversation, without taking my order or offering an apology for making me wait. Once again they messed up my order…every year they cannot get the pumpkin frapp right. I keep getting the “crème” frapp when I order the coffee one. I even order directly off the app this time and of the 5 times I went, only twice did they get it right. First time was because I was in person and she remade it. Second time It was also remade.
