Located in the Mission Beach House hotel. It’s a coffee shop [not anything like Nero].
Today is 4th April 2025 , at 7:35 PM⁰, went there to get a coffee and use my rewards thru the app, app didn't work properly( Starbucks app was down), showed the email proof but The Lady Barista was very unresponsive no communication, bad behavior towards me, but thanks god the gentleman barista was therw to resolve the problem, my advice to the management is to hire someone who's dedicated to his/her job , not to bring personal attitude to a beautiful place lime this Starbucks at Marriott suites .
I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for a few years now, and my experience has always been positive! Today, this note was the perfect way to start my day.
Staff was very friendly and my chai latte was perfect! Walked to the beach and enjoyed it!
