Stopped in with a business associate for a cup of coffee and some conversation. It was around 10 AM, so not peak busy time. They made us feel very welcome, and the person that took our order brought it out to the table where we were seated. Comfortable seating, not too noisy, good coffee and good company. I could not ask for better.
I had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks drive-thru. I ordered and paid for a venti drink, but when I received it, it was clearly a grande size. When I brought it up, Dereck didn’t remake the drink or correct the size. Instead, he just added extra ice and cold foam to make it seem fuller, which honestly didn’t fix the issue. I understand mistakes can happen, but I expected better customer service and a proper solution, especially after paying for a larger size.
