In this location very time I ask for a grande brown sugar shaken espresso they never fill up the cup to the top. I'm already paying almost 8/9 dollars for this drink and for it to not be filled up to the top?

I got my order wrong two times and I had ordered a frappe and usually it comes frozen but this time it was just liquid…. I had also ordered a chocolate croissant and it came stale not only that but the drive through lady was very moody and I didn’t like the way she talked towards me…
There’s this overweight guy with glasses working there that kicked my out the outside area because I wasn’t ordering anything.
