This Starbucks at Luke AFB in Glendale AZ has the best friendly kind customer service, I love coming in every morning im on base to be greeted by TJ or Gabby. They are truly the 2 of my favorite faces i love to see in the morning while getting my coffee. No matter the day, both of them always greet everyone with a mile, kindness and always ask how our day is going, i highly recommend this location.
Edit keeping it 5 stars. Would like to recognize my two favorite workers. There’s an older lady that works fri-mon. She always makes the best tasting drinks and is very pleasant to interact with. I go specifically sometimes just because I know she’s working and it’ll be a good drink. She’s always positive and good conversation. I visit this store all the time and the staff has been absolutely wonderful every single time. It may not be the fastest store ever but Lauren always makes my day!
I placed a mobile order ahead of time so I could quickly pick up my drink and get to work on time. The app showed my drink would be ready at 06:45. When I arrived, my order wasn’t at the pickup area, so I waited patiently. After a few minutes, the barista acknowledged me and I let her know I had a mobile order and gave my name.
