I placed a mobile order ahead of time so I could quickly pick up my drink and get to work on time. The app showed my drink would be ready at 06:45. When I arrived, my order wasn’t at the pickup area, so I waited patiently. After a few minutes, the barista acknowledged me and I let her know I had a mobile order and gave my name. Go every Saturday morning, such a treat, yummy and friendly staff...
I usually have a good experience here but today the young lady behind the counter was rude from the get go. She asked what we wanted and I was confused about some of the items on the menu and she had a attitude about it and made me feel rushed. She didn’t say anything and just put our drinks on the counter. Honestly, just rather go to the one by fry’s. She was unpleasant for sure.
I ended up leaving as the service was beyond slow . Wednesday morning 10.30am. One young lady mixing the drinks but the lady at the register was so slow and didn't seem to know what she was doing .
Quote of the day: When I come to the counter to order, Barista asks “Can I help you, Sir?!” Yes, that would be nice.
