Edit keeping it 5 stars. Would like to recognize my two favorite workers. There’s an older lady that works fri-mon. She always makes the best tasting drinks and is very pleasant to interact with. I go specifically sometimes just because I know she’s working and it’ll be a good drink. She’s always positive and good conversation. I visit this store all the time and the staff has been absolutely wonderful every single time. It may not be the fastest store ever but Lauren always makes my day!
I placed a mobile order ahead of time so I could quickly pick up my drink and get to work on time. The app showed my drink would be ready at 06:45. When I arrived, my order wasn’t at the pickup area, so I waited patiently. After a few minutes, the barista acknowledged me and I let her know I had a mobile order and gave my name. Go every Saturday morning, such a treat, yummy and friendly staff...
I usually have a good experience here but today the young lady behind the counter was rude from the get go. She asked what we wanted and I was confused about some of the items on the menu and she had a attitude about it and made me feel rushed. She didn’t say anything and just put our drinks on the counter. Honestly, just rather go to the one by fry’s. She was unpleasant for sure.
