Ordered a tea for my throat and they gave me side eyes and funny looks, all I wanted was something to soothe my throat and they looked at me like I was diseased or something. Is it really that hard to make a tea?
Very terrible attitudes. Please have performance meeting and managers in charge of the students working here.
Food is spoiled and outdated, service is awful and the older female manager yells at employees in front of customers. I feel bad for these kids working there. Get better management. Stop harassing these students. I’ve been holding off on writing this review till summer break started. It is a shame to the Starbucks name and brand to be associated with this “business”.
