I always order a Venti cold brew with no ice since I do not like ice. This is the first Starbucks store that did not fill the cup to the top. I have literally ordered these all over the country. I asked if she could fill it and the barista, who was not friendly at all, refused.

I have visited this Starbucks location multiple times, and unfortunately the quality of the drinks is very inconsistent. When I order the same drink, it often tastes different from visit to visit. Consistency is one of the main reasons customers return to a coffee chain, so it is disappointing not knowing what to expect each time. I hope management can provide additional training and quality .

I haven’t had the time to make a review, but I come in every so often. My girlfriend loves Starbucks and I’ll buy her a drink, but there’s one specific worker who is always so rude to us and, I’ll be honest, our drinks come out absolutely terrible when she makes them. I think her name tag said Alana? I really hope something gets done about this because it’s really upsetting. For a $7 coffee I want a good drink and good service, not a worker who spits in my face and drink.
