Every year on holidays, I collect red plastic cup holiday. In previous years, I worked in Albany, so I often bought coffee around the shop where I worked. I ordered my usual daily drink and the staff were still happy to ask me to get a red cup next to it, because they put it outside the pick-up area, So I don't know how to order in the holiday list. Overall the coffee and food are normally pretty good, the place is typically clean, and the staff is mostly helpful. But NOBODY should be waiting a half hour in a drive-thru and over a half hour inside for an item that takes 5 minutes or less to make. They need to hire more help at this location because it is SLAMMED

Dont listen to the negative reviews. There isn't a single bad staff member here and they're always efficient and nice. Manager here is one of the best starbucks managers I've seen.
