I ordered a black coffee on Monday, August 25th at 1:55 PM and had planned to get some work done here, but the experience was disappointing. When I politely asked if the music could be turned down a little, the lady behind the counter responded curtly with “it’s already low” and gave me a look that made me feel unwelcome, as if I should leave.
