Incredibly slow service. Nearly 20 minutes to get an iced drink.

If I could give this place a -1000 I without a doubt would. By far the worst drinks i've had from a starbucks in dare I say years. The staff are extremely slow, and the quality of my drinks were that of a child messing around in the kitchen. I asked for my drink remade twice and STILL it was utterly disgusting. I paid almost $8 for a grande drink so I would appreciate if it was made correctly. When I asked for the second remake the barista was nothing but smug & dismissive.
