Good Starbucks. But it falls apart sometimes.
I’ve never felt more disrespected or frustrated at a Starbucks than I did during my visit to this location, all thanks to the barista named Lue. From the moment I ordered, Lue was rude, dismissive, and seemed completely uninterested in providing even basic customer service. My drink was completely wrong—not just a small mistake, but entirely off. When I politely asked for it to be remade, I was flat-out refused. Sad that Jerry's polluted their grocery store with this awful establishment.
3rd time they " just forgot " to make my drink even though I'm standing g there for 20 minutes. The young kids need to get fired.
