Very poor customer service. There were a couple of people ordering ahead of me, the employee made their drinks and as I moved up to the register to order the employee turned me down because it was 8 o'clock and she had JUST closed down. I was a bit confused because she was open 10 seconds ago but the girl looked at me and doubled down said "I'm closed".
I was told this Starbucks don’t give out refunds nor won’t switch out your item for something else even if you didn’t touch or eat the item.
