They started sneaking "other" on the receipt. Second time I see this now from this store. Then, when the tip is calculated, it takes this "other" into the total. This is the only Starbucks that added this "other" surcharge on my usual order (see pic). I called and Starbucks told me this is not something they do. Interesting. The service was adequate and that is why I tip. What is with this "other" surcharge?
Poor food handling and sanitation practices. I received a bonus portion of food poisoning along with my lukewarm cup of cuppaccino!
Friendly staff and they make great drinks!
Forgot to ask for her name,but whoever the girl working Friday 06/14/24 morning, I just got my coffee and she was the sweetest girl ever. Tell me what days she works cuz I like to tips good n sweet people😉
Great staff, service and food!!! Even when it is crazy busy with mobile orders and drive thru they make walk ins a priority. Thank you to a fantastice staff!!!
