im sad. i asked for a grande vanilla sweet cream cold brew and received a grande but was charged for a venti and it says venti on my sticker and in my receipt on my app. drink was also not great tasted like maybe they forgot the vanilla in it or it wasn’t made to standard. also ordered a warm temp white mocha and it definitely wasn’t warm temp it burnt my tongue:( all bad. 1/10 experience.
Rude employees
I moved to Chino Hills, CA, about a year ago to be closer to my family after living in Jensen Beach, FL. My favorite drink is the Matcha Green Tea Latte from Starbucks, and I've visited many Starbucks locations in this area. Unfortunately, I often experienced poor customer service. The employees seemed unhappy, and it made the visits less enjoyable. But finally, I found this location. This is only my second visit, and I already know it will be my favorite Starbucks.
