Service was awful! Lauren was extremely rude denying us a cup of ice claiming they were “running out of ice” at 2pm… I also ordered a drink with light ice and received one with an excessive amount of ice. I was already to tried to ask them to remake it especially knowing how they were “low on ice” (lets be real she just didn’t want to give me a cup of ice)
This location used to be one of my least favorites due to the rude baristas but within the last 6/7 months the place has definitely improved and the baristas are extremely nice and welcoming. Food and coffee is always good, but unfortunately i believe this cup says “you suck” which makes me not want to go back??! The little things matter.
This starbucks has to be the worst.ladies always rude, never have changed for cash and never know how to make a good macha trash customer service
They're always so polite here the worker on drive thru this morning was friendly. I tried the Iced Pecan Crunch Oat Latte for the first time and she made it really good. This is my favorite Starbucks in Pomona it's always nice to know that kind people are making your coffee it taste better! This staff needs a bonus 🫶
