Used to prefer going to this location, but have noticed the quality of service decline. Drive-thru display hasn’t worked to show what your order is for a while, employees used to be friendlier asking for your name before taking your drive-thru order, and the last time I went there the barista handed me my drink at the drive-thru window with her hand on the part of the lid that comes in contact with my mouth. THEFT. I asked the cashier America, if I can use my stars today 5/17 at exactly 4:42pm. She said she was able to use my stars at the drive thru. I check my bank account, and she charged me for the drink AND took my 200 stars. Never coming here again. Calling corporate. If I would have never checked I wouldn't have known. Be careful coming here and always check your bank account after using stars!!
