This is by far the worse Starbucks I've been to. It seems to always be an issue when I go. Last time the lady in the window gave me such an attitude for asking for something simple. This time I ordered a medicine ball, definitely the worse one I've ever had. Its like they juat threw a random tea bag in hot water, I had to add my own honey and lemon at home. This starbucks used to be one of my favorites, I don't know what happened over the years.
Highly recommend you to go somewhere else instead of this place!! It was the worst cup of coffee in my whole life. Also, when I got to the window I was charged a lot more than what I was told when placing the order.
If I’m charged extra for adding something to my drink, I’m expecting to at least taste it or see it! I ordered a dubai chocolate match latte with strawberry puree. There’s barely any strawberry puree in it. You can’t even taste it too. I mentioned it to the barista and she claimed that she blended it in. I’ve gotten this drink multiple times, I’m 100% sure that she didn’t put any puree in it or probably just a drop of it, literally. So disappointing!
