I absolutely love the staff there and they always get my order perfect!!! Only downside I will say is they are always busy and the lines can move pretty slow
Used to really like this one, but my recent experience changed my mind. I just ordered an iced chai latte, excluding the syrup and just the black tea (ordered at another starbucks and it came out fine) with heavy cream and sf syrup. Picked up the order and the baristas gave me a full venti cup of heavy cream with syrup??? Went back in and asked if I may have ordered it incorrectly and was given a rude “yeah, you did” by all the baristas behind the counter. Fantastic service, walking in I knew they were very busy creating pick up orders. Someone greeted me exponentially fast took my order. Watching them all work tirelessly they had expedited my drink. My drink was created within 2 to 3 minutes if that. Taste is exceptional. Would highly recommend coming to this location quick and easy.
Coffee was made perfect!
