I visited the Starbucks located at Route 1 S & Mountain Road in Fallston today and had an unpleasant experience. When I walked in, the four employees working at the front counter looked at each other and continued talking while I stood there waiting to order. None of them initially stepped up to assist me, and when they finally did, they were whispering to one another throughout the interaction, which made me feel uncomfortable as a guest.
