Cold cold. This feels like it is just a job to these folks. It use to be a happy place to visit.
I visited the Starbucks located at Route 1 S & Mountain Road in Fallston today and had an unpleasant experience. When I walked in, the four employees working at the front counter looked at each other and continued talking while I stood there waiting to order. None of them initially stepped up to assist me, and when they finally did, they were whispering to one another throughout the interaction, which made me feel uncomfortable as a guest. so many of the reviews here state “there’s always a problem at this store” but don’t seem to understand the way corporate culture functions. the folks here are lovely and mostly gay too good for them! but they are understaffed at no fault of their own. despite this you can tell they work very hard to match the high volume of the store when they have so few baristas. they should be applauded for that! good service and good people. #istandwithmygaybaristas #andthestraightonestoobutespeciallythegayones
