Just had a horrible experience. From ordering at the speaker to the finalization of the transaction. The girl was rude, I told her 2 toasted bagels and she answered they come toasted already, but when I got to my destination it was only warmed she didn’t even bother to cut it and toast. I ordered several drinks, she tried handing them to me with no cup holder; I said could I please get a cup holder and she huffed and said well I didn’t know. I said well that should be common sense. This place was amazing. I was traveling through and needed a coffee the manager there she made sure my drink was perfect and it helped me tremendously. I drove from Virginia to Miami for a cruise and then back to Virginia. This helped me safely. I appreciate the service, commitment to excellence and dedication thank you.
